I nominate my page The Sanctum of Blood for Article of the Month, since I think I did a damned good job on it and it has a large abundance of information, easy to follow, and im ages to match. --Venixer 12:22, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

I'd like to nominate the Dragon Warriors article for the excelent way that Darthfish has used it to tie his continuity together; the article and its members serve as a handy "root" from which the entire continuity structure can be grown. --PytorRasputin 01:58, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

  • Seconding the Dragon Warriors for, well, the above reasons. Continuity Clotheshooks are fun --Rick R 10:51, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
  • Thirding for the Dragon Warriors. Group of fun characters well tried together with detailed backstory. --Zogster 10:56, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
  • Also voting For Dragon Warriors. Humour over wangst any day.Rantinan 03:26, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

Taking a cue from the amusingly random example above, I actually would like to nominate Upchaak Bloodscalp for Article of the Month. A comical character, Upchaak is actually a very well thought-out piece of metafiction. The author's description of his personality and hisotry shows him as being a greedy, deceitful and underhanded individual who delights in the misfortune and suffering of others. More to the point, whenever he sees a chance, he inflicts pain on others, especially those who are unsuspecting or unable to fight back. If he were a player character in WoW, he would be a griefer, a ganker and a ninja looter, and probably hide it behind some veneer of "RP" if ever called on it. In short, Upchaak is a beautiful in-world representation of the attitudes and behaviour of the average Horde player. And for that, more then anything else, I feel that he deserves AotM. (And yes, I play Horde, and I am oft ashamed of my faction's behaviour.) --PytorRasputin 13:47, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

  • In honor of the troll rouge who trained 5 mobs on to me when i was mining a titanium node, ninja vanished, then ganked the node wile i was dealing wiht his train, then /spit on me afterwards... i second this nomination131.170.90.2 which is me btw Rantinan 00:44, 4 June 2009 (UTC) NINJA VANISH! 00:42, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
  • Yeah, PytorRasputin hit the nial on the end. Upchaak Bloodscalp is the sterotypical Horde Griefer writ large. And for that, he deserves AotM simply to illustrate. --Darthfish 01:13, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
